To see if your heat pump is compatible with the new software and/or to find your serial number, click on the “advanced” icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

If you have the “i” icon in the lower right corner, your heat pump is compatible with the new software.

If you click on the “i” icon, you will also find your serial number. 

If your heat pump is ready for the new software, click here.
